I'm sure by now you have all heard the news about Michael Jackson, I'm still completely stunned and ever since I saw the news I haven't been able to really believe it. It was just completely sudden and unexpected that when my brother-in-law called my sister to tell her the news I quickly changed the channel, but everyone wsa reporting that he had been in the hospital and a sense of relief came over me. It wasn't until later when I kept watching the news that they made the news official...The King of Pop was gone. Even a couple of hours since it's happened I'm still sitting here thinking that this has to be some sort of huge prank and we're all getting punked right now, and while I wish that was true and that every news station would take back what they said, I know it's not going to happen. I still haven't even had a moment to be sad and grieve only because I'm still like...Am I dreaming? Did this really just happen? It's Michael Jackson and I thought it would be a very long time until I, or the rest of the world would've expected to see news like these and yet everyone is still trying to process it. Even right now I'm still not sure of what to say or how to begin to talk about Michael and his musical achievements because then it'll all be too real. I can't even begin to know how his family must be feeling right now, especially his kids, it's just heartbreaking to even think about it.

Sure I may not have been around when he had first started off his musical career and I wasn't even born by the time Thriller his biggest album to date came out, but thankfully I had parents and siblings who appreciated his music. My dad was a fan of the Jackson 5 and even had the priviledge of watching them perform when he was a teenager, that's so lucky of him and that is always one of his fondest memories and a story he often likes to tell. My sister was also lucky enough to have loved his music when he had released his first album and continued to be a fan of his throughout the 80's and 90's. During the 1990's is when I can remember Michael Jackson thanks to my sister always blasting his music and my brother always saying how cool he thought he was. I was a little kid who was always in awe of his dance moves and loved watching Black & White because it was one that was on at the time and of course having a crush on Macaulay Culkin at the time helped. The older I got, the more I started listening to his music and appreciated it completely. Every single time they'd have some kind of marathon of his I'd always make sure to sit around and watch it with my family, and I remember they always used to show The Making of Thriller on MTV during Halloween. That video and song is and will always be one of my favorites simply because he was the first to take the music video to a whole new level and because everytime I saw the video it would scare the living daylights out of me. Evertime the beat starts I get chills running up and down my spine and I have to start the twitch and start the Thriller dance.

That's what was so great about his music, the fact that the first few opening beats to every song was enough to make someone excited enough to get up and start trying to imitate his dance moves. He had that effect on people with his music and his dance moves, and I always was one of the ones that tried imitating them, some successfully and others unsuccessfully like the Moonwalk (I can't do it to save my life). It was just the fact that no matter how old you are, once you hear the beats to Billie Jean, Can't Stop Til You Get Enough, PYT, Beat It,and the list goes on and on and on and on, EVERYONE knew what song it was and who sang it. Not unless you've been living under a rock for the past couple of decades could you not know who Michael was. He had such a great impact on so many lives and how many artists out there are always talking about what a big influence he was, had it not been for him, I doubt music could've evolved. If there had been no Michael Jackson there would be a gigantic void in the music world, and now that he's gone I'm not sure there ever will be someone like him. He's the one and only King of Pop and he is irreplaceable. That is one Fedora and swarovski encrusted glove that I doubt anyone can ever fill. Watching him perform was liking watching something otherwordly, he was an incredible performer and I only wish I could've seen him, but I'm glad I get the chance to watch the music videos and listen to the music he left behind. He can only be described in one word....Legendary. He was trutly one in a million, to some he may have been "strange" and "weird", but really he was just Michael Jackson, he wasn't like anyone else and that's what made him special, stand out from the rest, and why so many people the world over love and admire him and why everyone is left completely devastated, myself included. I mean how could you ignore his eccentric sense of style, the iconic white glove, the band jackets, the aviators, the signature jerry curl, unbuttoned shirts flying in the wind. Then there were the dance moves, he had so many signature dance moves that were so cool that I can't even describe them, you;d have to see him dance to know what I'm talking about. One of the brightest stars has lost it's light, if not THE biggest star. Now that I've finally written it out it's starting to hit me. :(

Thank you Michael for your incredible and amazing music and for being a huge influence on me and so many other people. Also for giving me some totally sweet dance moves to entertain me and my friends with, and for making so many great videos that were more like movies. Thanks for all of the great memories! I probably didn't get out everything I wanted to say, but I'm sure if you're a fan you know how I feel. There will never be another like you, no matter how much they try, they're all immitators, you were the only one. We'll never forget you Michael!!!!!!

Not to be forgotten, R.I.P. to Farrah Fawcett because that was just as WTF and she was such an icon. I'm just sorry that I don't have many memories of her because she was far before my time, but I know my brother and my mom were super upset about that one as well. All I can remember is that one iconic poster that everyone to this day still has hanging on their wall, and that I always thought she was so beautiful. Every single time I'd watch an old episode of Charlie's Angels I always thought about wanting to secretly be her. >_> It was so sad that she lost her battle with cancer, but to everyone's comfort she is no longer suffering and she will always be remembered by everyone who was a huge fan of hers. She was also someone else who will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to Farrah's and Michael's families.

Yet Another Tragedy sigh

Wow you guys this has got to be the worst beginning to a year I can ever remember. Last year was awful too, there's something about January that just never seems to go right. It seems this year something went wrong and all of the things that could possibly go wrong actually are. I was already feeling much better after the crappy week I had last week, until today that is. My cousin texted me after not hearing from her for about a month and a half and out of the blue she tells me something about how horrible everythings going that first Brad and then Heath. I looked at the text and I was like....wait Heath? So of course I texted her but she didn't get back to me fast enough. I put the tv on E! and sure enough they had the breaking news scrolling at the bottom of the screen that he had died. Until I finished reading it I was literally in such shock I didn't move and I just kept staring and reading over and over. It was as if I had stepped into an alternate universe because that didn't make sense to me. Not Heath Ledger, it had to be wrong, it had to be a mistake.

After that I was texting a few of my friends back and forth and all of us were the same, just utterly shocked. All day I was crying off and on. I'd be okay one minute then I'd just cry again. I mean sure I've never met him before or anything, but I grew up with his movies. He held a special place in my heart and he was one of the few actors I knew was going to be one of the greats like Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, and all of them. He had the potential and this is such a tragedy. What makes it worse is that they're saying it was accidental, which means it could have been prevented. Why Heath...just why? Brad Renfro was a great loss too, don't get me wrong, but he was struggling with the drug addiction. Heath's came out of nowhere. I didn't believe it until they showed footage on E! News of them wheeling his body out of his apartment. It was just depressing. My heart goes out to his family and his daughter, especially his daughter because she won't get to know what a great talent her dad was. At least he'll live on in the great movies he left us. How ironic that The Order was on tv the other day... I'm still going to see The Dark Knight, it'll just be a weird experience knowing he's gone, but still so alive in that movie.

A couple of my friends said these things happen in 3's which I hope they don't. I can't take anyone else being lost. It's just too much.

I'll always remember him from 10 Things I Hate About You the most, because that was one of my generations biggest movies and the first time I ever laid eyes on him.

I had this in my previous post, but it deserves it's own. Especially since it seems disrespectful with the content.

Just take some time out to remember 9/11. How can we forget right? That was the day everything changed. All I can say now is my condolences still go out to anyone who lost someone on that day 6 years ago. For the future, I hope our troops are brought home soon. They've been out there working hard to protect our country and our freedom and they've done it well. Now they need to come home to their loved ones. :)

*posts*!!!! <--- And that was all I was going to do just to post on this day cause this is wierd. This trinity thing won't be coming back for another 100 years or whatever and I probably won't be here for it so I'm posting today.

Anyway so I was going to go see The Omen because duh, for obvious reasons and because I love scary movies but I didn't go. Reason number one is that my mom was all like "Why are you watching that, its the movie of the devil..." blah blah blah. Okay I know this, but its not because of that yeesh. My mom is just religious and Catholic, so she's all worried lol. Totally not why I wanna see it. I've seen the old versio and I liked it, I didn't even think it was all that scary. Anyway so reason number two was that the movie sold out. We have about 3 major movie theatres I'd consider going to and ALL of them sold out on ALL times of the whole day. So there was no way I was watching it to today anyway. So it's cool.

So nothing interesting happened today, I was expecting something to happen. I guess it was jus another day huh? Lol. Anyway so that was my purpose for updating. :P I'll go comment later, yes yes I know I said that 2 days ago, but I've been busy again running around all over the place. So talk to you all soon. :)

Layouts,Weekends...stuff

Hey you guys! So how has your weekend been going? Mine started off crappy again. I swear my friends are idiots. Last night the guys called me at 10:15 telling me to get ready because they were on their way to pick me up. I'm sorry but my parents are still really strict and I have to be out of the house by 8:00. Yeah I know I'm 21,but come on thats really late. Well they were all upset.but I promised them I'd go out with them if they did anything tomorrow. So I'm waiting to see if we'll go out or save it for next weekend. I love them to death but they seriously need to start calling early or we'll never hang out again. Last night I so wanted to go out,they were even telling me to sneak out lol. Aww they can keep dreaming,but yeah right if my parents woke up and for some reason looked for me and I wasn't there they'd freak among other things. So hopefully they learn to call EARLY!

I finally got my paid account so now I have my 15 icons,which will turn into 100 soon. I don't even think I can use 100 icons but I'll try. I can also finally upload a bunch of mood themes,so I'll be doing that this whole weekend and week. I was feeling really crappy without a paid account. I mean 3 icons? That's like nothing. Oh well...

My sister made me sit down and watch The Warriors today and wow you guys thats an awesome movie. It was really cool. Now I want to buy it since its on DVD and play the game too. So if you get a chance watch it. It's all old,but it's really awesome.

Anyway so that brings me to me getting a new layout! Woot! It's a really hot Prison Break layout thanks to __diva_graphics who I found through hollymahogany so thanks to you too Erica lol. Miller Time (+ pics)

No,I don't mean beer okay. You guys'll see later in this post. Right now I'm going to have a mini-fit and rant to Fox because they suck. First of all they have like a million shows that I love. They are by far the station that I watch the most but what the fuck is up with taking my Bones and Houseaway for Babseball? I mean I watch baseball ocassionally but come on theres like a zillion sports channels they can show that shit on. Now I have to wait until Novemeber the 1st to watch those shows again? No way thats so not cool. Yeah I'm a little mad. At least it was only that day. If they would have messed with Prison Break on Mondays too I would have been beyond pissed. Oh well I'll live...hopefully. At least this gives me time to actually watch Supernatural since its on at the same time as House.

Oh yeah so everyone that asked me how my test went...I still haven't gotten it back lol. I get my results in like half an hour. Gah I hope I got a good grade. I didn't label veins and arteries on a semi-naked John for nothing. I'm totally serious I used him as my model lol. Speaking of exams. We had another one for History yesterday and I decided to step down and see how my group would do if I didn't participate as much. Yeah I'm sad to say we got a 70. Bitches ya'll need me! With me we always get a 90 and we'd get a 100 if that one would girl would stop insisting that she knows everything.

Oh yeah and I was telling hollymahogany last night I'm really mad at Prison Break and Nip/Tuck they totally left me hanging this week. They both ended with "to be continued..." you know how much that sucks? Lol. Now I have to wait a whole damn week to see what happened.

Okay well lets get to explaining my crazy title for today shall we?
For all of you that haven't seen MTV or BET or some music channel and for those of you who live under rocks and don't watch Fox/Prison Break let me introduce you to Wentworth Miller. Mariah Carey "It's Like That", and "We Belong Together" video hottie! You all may be thinking,"Wow I've never seen him before,he's hot." Liars! All of you,if you watched Underworld you've seen him. If you watched Dinotopia you've seen him. If you watched that one movie called the Human Stain you've seen him. Let's stick with Underworld though cause I'm sure most of you have seen that. Remember geeked out Dr.Adam? *nods* Yup,same hottie,but with hair.

The first couple screen shots are from Prison Break and thanks to _aced_ for them,the last few are from the pilot episode of Ghost Whisperer. Isn't he so hot? He has those hot lips and theres just something about his eyes and that look he gets lol. Yeah he's officially on my hottest guys ever list. And his name will probably pop up in here more than once. Now lets get to his name. I still haven't gotten used to calling him Wentworth,it sounds so...uppity and blegh. Instead I call him by his last name,Miller. Miller Wentworth makes more sense lol. Yup I changed his name lol. Okay now you're all free to stare. :)

Oh yeah and before I forget,watch Spike TV. They're showing the Godfather trilogy this whole week. Awesome flicks! You know you wanna watch them. Well you guys missed the first half of the first movie last night,but it wasn't anything major.

Oooh and the song I'm listening to,isn't it cool? Stupid Kanye though,I mean every girls wants a guy thats paid right? I mean not ridiculously rich just to spend his money,but a guy that has a good job to take you out and stuff. That doesn't mean you're a goldigger,but whatever lol. It's a fun song though with a catchy chorus,"I ain't sayin' she a goldigger,but she ain't messin' with no broke,broke." Lol.

Growing Up Gotti, Season 3, and more...

Getting the crappy stuff out of the way...I went back to school today. It was actually a good day. Chem lab was short,and I got my same Professor for Chem II that I had for Chem I. I was so beyond happy! He's a great teacher, definatley an A or B in that class. My Anatomy class looks easy too and the Professor looks cool too. This semester I'll be dissecting a sheep heart,another cat,and a rat. Fun right!

Oh yeah and yesterday was my niece and nephew's 2nd birthday. Aww they're so adorable. My brother had a party for them and its cute how they're clueless that its a party for them lol. They were all excited when we turned on the candles and started singing to them lol. I was taking pictures and my nephew decided he was too cool for blowing out the candles and he got out of his chair and left lmao. It was fun. I had another go at Revenge of the Sith and I still suck at it. All Anakin does in my posession is jump around and randomly hit boxes and accidentally hit Obi-Wan with the force and choke hold. *shrugs* One day I'll kick ass at it. So that was Sunday, I'll see if I can post the pictures of the twins, they're beyond adorable.

AND now...Season 3 of Growing Up Gotti premiered today and my baby's daddy looks hotter than ever! Of course I'm talking about John. He looked so F-I-N-E!!! ANd Carmine and Frankie looked hot too. I never laughed so much the way I did today. There were too many funny moments. When they were taking pictures and their hair was all messy oh man and Carmine mooning John. Then it was so funny how Carmine's wahsing his car and Frankie's the one standing next to him being annoying and when Carmine turns around Frank's like,"WHAT?" And he's the one being annoying lol. And John has a heart, that was so nice how he let all those girls come to his party. And he likes brunettes!!!! Which btw I dyed my hair this weekend. It's dark brown now and looks awesome. :)So I'm glad he likes brunettes and he doesn't like skinny girls. I love him! Yeah so it was great too many good laughs that I had and most of you don't watch it so you don't know what I'm talking about. Well except for some of you, you know who you are. *wink*

I've been gone for a minute...

...Now I'm back at the jump off. J/k. I miss that song, it was so great. Anyway I haven't updated in a while and I'm going to before school eats me up. I have to study for Anatomy and Physiology, and a Lab test for Microbiology. I knew it was a bad idea to take 3 sciences this semester, but since they all relate its kind of helping me. My Microbio teacher is really cool too because he teaches A&P also and he's helping me and Selene out with that class. Oooh so we're going to be dissecting cats, aww poor kitties I know, but its for the sake of science. I need to buy my dissecting kit and the lab book. In Microbio we're looking at a lot of bacteria. I'm so paranoid, we need gloves a lab coat and the works cause its actual bacteria that causes all these horrible diseases. Eeeep. I'm extra careful in that class now.

So yeah I'll study after I watch this Reggaeton special on BET. You know you guys love Reggaeton, it's the best music out there right now lol. If you have any doubts if you've heard it or wanna hear I'm gonna plug some artists that drop it like it's hot right now lol. They inclue Daddy Yankee,NORE, Nina Sky, Ivy Queen, Sean Paul, Pitbull, and a bunch of others. I'm sure you've all heard it, its like Reggae, but Reggaeton is more Spanish. Anywho I'm gonna go dance in a bit.

Oh my gosh you guys. This boy in Chemistry is makin' me feel like I haven't felt in a very long time. *Blush* This Monday he walked in and smiled at me, and today in lab he just kept staring at me and hovering around my table. He even came over and talked to me. Oooh this boy is hot. Our professor kept yelling at us cause we were the only 2 in lab not wearing our goggles. So today was definatley a FINE day for science. Its kinda funny though because when we're in high school we try so hard to hide the fact that we like someone, but now it doesn't matter lol. I made it obvious that I'm feelin' him and he's making it very obvious that he's feelin' me. *sigh* Wow. He's so cute too he's trying to be all bad boy, but he's nice. Anywho umm I'm gonna go try and study now.

Fine Day For Science (+pic spam)

First off, I'm not sick anymore. Yay! I got better like 2-3 days ago, I can't remember. I was better for my friend Lucy's 21st birthday lol. :P. It's not like we could go out anywhere anyway though, I'm the only one left that isn't 21 so I ruin everything for them lol. Kinda sucks cause all the clubs are either 21 and over, or 20 and under. There's one that does let you in if you're under 21, but you have to stand in line and pay. If you're 21 you go right ahead of the line and go in for free kinda all V.I.P. style lol. I think thats what we're doing to celebrate her birthday this weekend, but because of me they have to stand in line lol.

Anyway so Monday was cool. We went to her house and had dinner and then watched movies. Oh yeah and I made her watch GUG and she liked it lol. She likes Carmine oooh. I haven't seen the whole episode, Selene was too busy talking about nutrition (on a holiday). Bleh you know its one thing to be on a diet, and its a totally different one to be obsessed about it and that be the only subject you talk about.

Anywho so omg theres this guy in my Chem class and he is so cute. We've been exchanging looks smiles, and glances. He's so hot my gosh lol. It was his fault I almost blew up the Chemistry lab. J/k. We were doing some experiment with a candle and we had to put it out several times using a beaker. One question one of my lab partners asked was "Why can't we just blow it out." Well leave it to me and cutie pie guy to answer that question. The candle was melted to wax paper and the last time I was like, "Just blow it out," and I did and yeah the reason is...the force from your breathe blows it over and sets the wax paper on fire and gets wax all over everything. We couldn't stop laughing for like 10 minutes it was so funny. I can't help it, I get distracted easily with boys. It's so weird though how guys are so stupid. He tried to act all tough and bad boyish when I'm around him. Oh well, it's working ha ha.

Being Sick Really Sucks

This whole week made me so tired and I thought with this extended weekend I'd catch a break, but nooooo, My body decided to give me a harder time. It turns out I did catch some stomach flu thing and it is contageous I guess. My brother and my sister-in-law had it, the twins caught it, my nephew then got it, and now me and my dad. The twins passed it on to us when they were here.

The good thing is that I feel much better now after puking all last night. You guys didn't need to know that, but its the truth. It's going away finally, and it better be gone by tomorrow when I watch GUG. What I hate more than just being sick is that I can't eat. I don't feel hungry so that's good. It's chicken noodle soup for me for a couple of days. I'm sure its fun for my mom having to take care of me and my dad lol. I don't complain as much as my dad does though, he's such a big baby lol.

So...remember that friends cut? Yeah it's happening soon *dramatic music*. So if you think you're going to get cut drop a line and say something along the lines of "I better not get cut or (insert threat here.)" That should do it.

Ya know I thought school was going to suck this semester, but I think it's going to be super fun despite the fact that 2 days out of the week I get out late. So far my Chemistry class is rocking my socks and then Microbio. I love science. Everyday is a fine day for science. Shut up, that was geeky I know. Anywho talk to you guys later.

Not So Good...

I'm not sure why I'm updating, but I feel really sick. My stomah hasn't stopped hurting for like 3 days. I think I've gotten it used to not having so much food in there at one time and now when I actually eat a full meal it starts hurting really bad. It's like the feeling you get when you get super full and you think you can fit that last piece of cake in there, but it turns out your wrong. Ouch, this really sucks.

It wsn't like I ate a lot for dinner either. I had some chicken nuggets, a salad,milk, and some water. Okay so thats not exactly dinner, but whatever it's kinda hard to eat a full meal when you get home from school at 8. It's probably the pickles I'm eating. Since pickles have no calories I try and fit them in every mean just to give me that extra bit of food in my stomach, but maybe the acidity of the vinegar isn't mixing so well with the other food.

Anyway this sucks. My stomach hurts and I got my period today. Go me. UGH!

I'll make my journal Friends only later, I'm being lazy. Probably this weekend. I might make a friends cut too so if you wanna stay and you think you might get cut then comment here bitches. Though this post might be too late. Anywho I'll remind you all later. J/k sorry guys for calling you bitches, but I have a bad influence thats making me cuss more. Thank you Carmine.

New Semester,Season, and layout...

A lot of news have happened in the course of the past 2 weeks. First off I started school yesterday. In fact I'm still at school. It's late and everything, but yeah I need to go change this class or it's going to kill me. My lab ends at 9:40 and to me that is way too late. Hopefully I can find one sooner than that. My microbiology teacher has me so paranoid now and I've only been to his class today. Eww, I won't even tell you guys the stuff he was telling us about microbes. Anywho so damn it, I wanna go home. Class starts in about half an hour more. It looks like it's going to be a tough semester, but I can do it. Motivate me you guys lol. :P

I changed my layout too. I still need to change some stuff around and finish uploading the little pix in the "hearing/watching" section, but thats pretty much what its going to look like. Still couldn't figure out how to center the header so I lefted the entire journal. Is that a word "lefted" whatever I just made it up and it works. It's very black & white, with some gray, but I like it. It matched mah tres sexy header. Gotta love those Gotti Hottis eh? Shut up you guys know they're hot. Don't deny it. Anywho let me know what you guys think. Component was such a bitch to work with. Ugh! So yeah there it is and it's done ready for the new season.

Speaking of new season, the second season of Growing Up Gotti premiered yesterday with a trip for the boys to the Hamptons. If it's at all possible they're all getting hotter by the second, especially little Frankie. I still like John though and his bad temper. Somehow I managed to get saadia hooked on them and she likes Carmine lol. Woo hoo! I think maybe today my cousin is coming over to see the episodes. She missed it yesterday because she had to go practice driving for her test. I hope she gets her license so I don't need to drive everywhere anymore lol. Good luck Jess! Anyway so yeah it's been a great start for everything so far and a great start to the new year. Come on guys I need to get more of you obsessed with the Gottis. I love them!

OKay so I want to change my layout now, cause I've had the Roswell one up for ages and its time for a change. Anywho I'm used to using the S1 system layout style things and I want to make it prettiful S2 Component or The Boxer, BUT wtf! I don't know what I'm doing. The header isn't where its supposed to be, and how do I add more boxes?

Yeah I know one of you has to have an idea of wtf I'm doing wrong or how to change it and stuff. I want to change it before Jan.10 cause it's a Growing Up Gotti layout, (yeah shut up guys, I love them) and the season 2 premiers on Monday. Help me you guys!!!!! Happy New Year!!!!!!!

Happy New Year Everybody!!!!! OMG can you guys believe its 2005 already? I wasn't even ready to let 2004 go just yet. It went by so fast this year, where did all the time go? Anywho I hope you all had fun last night. I know I had a lot of fun and I need sleep now.

2004 was an all right year I guess. Nothing bad happened, but nothing amazing happened either. Hopefully 2005 will be better, way better. All of you guys made the year better though. You're all so funny and cool lol.

Oh yeah I'm definatley starting the year off right. There is a Growing Up Gotti marathon on tv right now. I love them! Aww it's the episode where Frankie takes John's gel and he throws a bitch fit. Tee hee. *Dies* OMG John in a pin striped suit.

Anyway so enjoy the rest of the holidays guys cause its all over now. Damn. I go back to school next Monday. I am so not ready. I have 3 science classes this semester, each with a lab so I hope I can pull it off. I'm so happy to almost be done with my stupid basics and then I can start with my major, Finally!

Merry Christmas...late I know.

Merry Christmas guys even though I know I'm late with the whole Christmas thing. I haven't been around since Friday. My crazy family decided to party the whole weekend and now we're all tired. Anyway hopefully you all had a great Christmas and you got everything you asked for. I know I got what I wanted, and I doubt I could ask for more cause spending 4 days with family is great, the presents weren't bad either lol. I got some pretty damn cool stuff, and I'll leave it at that.:P

On Thursday it actually snowed here! OMG it never snows, thats when I knew it would be a great Christmas. It was so beautiful. The last time it snowed was like 10 years ago or so. Thats the day my family from Washington got here too. They didn't make it over here because of the snow though and they stayed with my Uncle in New Mexico.

On Friday I got up early to change and go run some last minute errands. I had to go buy a memory thing for my camera so I could take hella pictures and when I got home they were here yay! I always love seeing my cousin Art and I'm glad to say this time he came back better behaved than last time. Maybe its because he brought his girlfriend. Shes really nice and she got along with all the cousins and everything. I was shocked to learn that they're engaged. Uh yeah she's 16 and he's 17. Crazy huh? She already lives with them too. We rented movies and saw Dodgeball, and Napoloean Dynamite. That movie was umm interesting. It had some good parts. Anyway so the whole family was at my Uncle Juan's house. The older teenagers and stuff including me were all watching The Day After Tomorrow, the little ones were running around being annoying, and some of the younger teenage boys were playing videogames. The moms were all making the food, and the dads were all in the garage drinking and talking. It was too fun being there. I loved it. This first night my cousin and his girlfriend stayed over. We left to my house at about 3:30 a.m., and we still didn't go to sleep until 4:30 a.m.

On Saturday we went to my Uncle Juan's house again and continued the party. Same stuff happening except this time the boys took over the living room with their videogames, and then we all got kicked out so they could watch the football game. Me, and my girl cousins were all upstairs on my cousin Jessicas computer listening to music and watching music videos. Then we were dancing around for most of the night. After a while we got bored so we went downstairs to see what was going on, finally the game was over so we played videogames. Actually just Halo 2. That game is so frickin' awesome. I love it. After my cousin Art kicked all our asses and killed us all in the game I went upstairs to watch some Gotti videos and my cousin Jessica saw me and was like,"Who are they?" So I started teling her and she ended up coming over to spend the night and watch the Growing Up Gotti marathon. She fell in love with the show. Yay! She also likes John, but he's mine so I think she likes Frankie now ha ha. We both agree that they're all cute though and they say the funniest things. My cousin Art was complaining that the Hotti Gottis were stupid and wimpy, he used other umm bad words though lol. Then he gradually shut up and started getting into the show. His girlfriend thought it was hilarious. Now my cousin Jessica and I can't stop quoting them. After a while we both agreed that our family would be a great subject for a reality show, we're just as awesome as the Gottis lol. That day we all went to bed at 3:30. My cousin wanted me to rewind the tape to watch the marathon again, that was so hilarious.

Sunday the party moved to my Uncle David's house. That day my cousin Art, his girlfriend, and my cousins Jessica, Haydee,Hatty, and me all went to go watch a movie. We couldn't decide at first and then Art said he wanted to see Darkness we finally agreed and watched that. Okay seriously if you guys were thinking of watching that movie, DON'T! It is one of the worst movies I have ever seen in the history of scary movies. I was scared only twice. The rest of the time I was bored or taking a nap cause I needed it. We went to eat at Taco Bell only because Chilli's was full and we didn't have time before the movie started. I got mad at everyone for a while cause they couldn't decide where to go eat and when I said Chilli's they said okay and then slowly everyone started changing their minds to other stuff. Finally we settled on Taco Bell. That was last night and we stayed at my cousin Jessica's house. We were all tired so we just watched The Chronicles of Riddick and went to bed. That movie was actually awesome. I can say I loved it. We didn't rest much the movie ended at 3:00.

Today was the last day my family from Washington was here so we were all sad. We all got ready and were supposed to go with my Uncle David again, but I came home to rest, and my cousin and his girlfriend stayed with Jessica. Later they all came to say goodbye. I hate saying goodbye to them. I love it when they're here. My cousin said hopefully next year they'd be back, but he wanted to come even if my aunt and uncle didn't come. I hope he does, that would be awesome. And now I started the ROTK EE finally. I got through Part 1 and now I need to go watch Part 2. This entry was long enough so I'll go see what you guys did for Christmas and then go chill and catch up on my sleep. In 4 days I've had 18 hours of sleep.

This really was a great Christmas. Our dads are the ones that are all brothers and they usually argue about everything, and it was a mircle that this year they only argued once for like a few minutes before they decided to get happy again. They don't get mad at each other all bad, they're brothers they fight. We've all come to expect it and its sort of a family joke now. So yeah that was my crazy sleepless weekend.

Return of the King, and a Very Gotti Christmas.

Yeah, my titles never have anything to do with I talk about huh? I just kind of throw them out there and see if any of you actually read my posts. Actually I will talk about that, but not yet.

I did all my Chrimstmas shopping today. I just need a few more things for a few more people, but I'm basically done. I had a headache today. I like shopping, but when its for me. Actually this time of the year just gives me a headache when it comes to gift shopping. Its all great once they're all wrapped and everything, buy gah too many people packed into one store is too much for me. Of course even my bird got his gifts today, aww he's so adorable. Which brings me to my woes of the day. Apparantly my mother won't let me have my ROTK gift set even though I saw it already. Ahhhhh! I just want to grab it and tear it open and then re-wrap it. I guess I can wait 12 more days...or can I? Ahhhh. Nooooo!At least my collection is complete with the Argonath book ends, the Gollum figurine, and now Minas Tirith. I must find a place to put them where they look...cool. I'm dying here. I need my extra 50 minutes of pure cinematic genius.

Anyway so I won't die here I'll talk about something else. So...A Very Gotti Christmas came out yesterday and it was funny. The episodes are always funny, but damn this was funny. Those crazy wonderful Gottis. I love their family because it's just like mine. Okay so not all like mine before you guys get a little bit scared.

Speaking of the Gottis, guess who's going to NY next year? Me! It's in the works. My parents are still a little mad at my sister and hopefully by that time they get over it and they let me go. It would be so fun. She calls every two days and they sound happy and it sounds fun at their house. I talked to two of his kids today and they're so cute. One is 8 and the other one is 10. Aww. I talked to his 17 year old son too, but you know how that goes. Our conversation went like this:

Me in bold, and him in normal.
"Hi."

"Good.How are you?"
"Good."
"Oh, thats good.

"Bye.

What is it with guys? Okay so I could have said more, but whatever I didn't expect my sister to pass him the phone with no warning. That was interesting. Yeah so I'll be looking forward to visiting them and taking a tour of New York because it sounds like such a great place. It really does. Yay!

Anyway so I feel kind of bad because I haven't been commenting in like forever. I've been busy with stuff. Not to mention the weather is getting chilly and these times call for snuggling up in bed watching a great movie, or reading a good book. I've been reading The Vampire Armand by none other than Anne Rice, and seriously its not one of my favorites so far. It's kind of bleh. Speaking of books. Umm wow I haven't updated in a while...I think? where have I been...studying and getting ready for finals. I took my first of 3 tests today. Actually 2 because my final speech was my test for Speech class. I just need philosophy and I'm done. Yay! This semester went by way too fast. It was the only time I thought all of my teachers kicked ass and its the one that has to end the quickest. Anyway eww I don't wanna talk about school cause even though I loved it this time around, its still school.

So...Happy Birthday to Selene! She turned 21 yesterday, she's old woa. I don't turn 21 until May so until then I still consider myself way younger than her lol. I went over to her house for cake and stuff and it was very cool and then we kinda sat around watching Josh Groban in concert and then watching a marathon of Growing Up Gotti. It was fun and I actually got home late. Instead of finishing out Philosophy homework we were too busy watching tv lol.

It hasn't all been fun this week. You guys remember my sister-in-laws dog Goldie? She was going to have puppies and somehow the puppies got stuck inside her. She couldn't push them out and even when the vet gave her a shot to induce her labor it didn't work. Needless to say Goldie and her puppies have left the earth. Aww I'm so sad you guys. I loved that dog. She was so friendly and so obedient. I can't imagine how my sister-in-law feels, that was her baby.

Onto some happier news...I couldn't wait for Christmas and I opened one of my presents cause I knew it was a digital camera. yay finally one that works. I have no idea how I managed to break my other one. I'll be pic spamming you guys very very soon. That should be fun.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! And to my friends who don't celebrate it...well I hope it was a great day for you too. This was the first year I participated in the making of the food. Usually I'm sleep, watching the parade, or in the parade so this year I got to cook. Okay so I didn't make all the food, but I made some of it. My mashed potatoes came out sooooo good. Mmmm. It was out turn to make food this year and my brother and his family came over. Of course we had our tradition of watching the Cowboys win. They won yay! It was fun and of course my nephews and I watched Harry Potter again. Gosh its like the 8th time I see it.

Then after a while I went over to Selenes house to eat some more. Im sooooo full its not even funny. She's coming over tomorrow for post thanksgiving dinner since we didn't reaize it was late when we were going to come back to my house. Lol, so my sister called and she didn't have to cook her husband cooked everything. How cool is that? Okay I'm just gonna eat a little more tomorrow nad back on the diet cause I don't want to gain everythin back. I love the holidays they're so fun.

I have to actually go to sleep earlt tonight. Bright and early I have to wake up for the crazy 5:30 a.m. sales. The plan is to get up at 7:30 cause I'm not that crazy and we're all meeting at my brothers house. We're all assigned to different stores to shop because we onlyhave like 3 hours to get everything on sale. Good luck to me on my shopping adventure Yay.

What am I thankful for? I'm thankful for my family, my real life friends, my lj friends, that I live in this country of mine, that I have everything I need, that I'm healthy, that everyone I care about is healthy, for my education, for my parents cause they love me no matter how bratty I get sometimes, for turkeys because they give their lives so we can eat, and for all the other stuff I couldn't remember which is a lot.

Woo hoo finally the movie is out eh? I've already seen it twice, and probably going to see it again as soon as its over, It's just so great. Ya know at first I thought this movie kinda dragged when I first saw it at the theatre, but it really rocks, I guess I must have been tired that day or something. I still can't pass that stupid game for scabbers or the portrait one. My remote needs new batteries so it doesn't respond quick enough lol. I like the choir practice thing its too fun singing along with frogs. Ahhh now I can't wait for the Goblet of Fire. Ahhhhh. I still haven't explored all the extras so if you guys have a favorite let me know. Oh yeah and I find it so hilarious when after Malfoy gets attacked by Buckbeak he says to Hagrid "You'll pay for this, you and your bloody chicken." I don't know why I find this so amusing. probably cause I missed it at the theatre, everyone was too busy laughing after the got attacked. Poor Dracky-poo he doesn't mean to be so evil.

Anywho so school is almost over in like 2 weeks. My final speech in front of the whole class will be given on Tuesday. I already feel sick. I'm making a big deal out of it, I know last minute I'll be fine. I'm just freaked out, I talk a lot but I need to memorize it and get a good grade. I'm kinda sad cause I really liked my classes/professors this semester they're all awesome. I'm sad that my Bio professor isn't teaching Anatomy and Physiology because some stupid other professor claimed seniority and he wanted that class. damn him! I was looking forward to stupid Anatomy jokes.

Oh so Thanksgiving this Thursday...mmm turkey and pumpkin pie. Not necessarily together, but ya know. That day is a special ocassion and I will stop my diet for the day because I can't watch everyone around me eat and then I'm gonna be all sad. I'me so proud of me and Selene for actually sticking to this diet, we've both lost about 18 pounds already and still going. Shut up Jen! It's getting healthy not being a stick person k. I miss eating all the junk food I used to eat, but then I think about how much I don't miss the pounds I've lost. Yay go me!

So...I hurt my leg somehow about a month ago, it hurts right where my leg connects to my hip. I know its not my bones cause then I couldn't be able to walk. Its some tendon that somehow got swollen and its putting pressure on my bones and it hurts like frickin' hell. It's slowly going away, but it hurts...it hurts us precious. Must go to a doctor if it continues. I wonder what I did to hurt myself? Too much Monopoly fun on Halloween I guess lol. Anyway I have gone on long enough talk to ya'll later and I'll be checking your posts like tomorrow cause right now I'm in HP mode.

It is indeed finally cold now. It's freezing outside and I love it. Even though my nose and my fingers get all cold it doesn't matter because it sure beats hot weather. Speaking of it being all cold and rainy. I was bored and Selene called me and she was bored so we decided to do something. Her brother had left with his friend without inviting us to the movies, but we were planning to go and see if we could catch up with them. Well there are no movies we wanted to see. Yeah I know I haven't seen The Grudge or Saw yet, but I wasn't in the mood for a scary movie. I really wanted to see the new Bridget Jones movie but she hasn't seen the first one so nope. And Alexander isn't out yet. I wanna see that movie realy bad too. We ended up going to Barnes and Noble for some coffee and reading. You never appreciate coffee until your freezing lol. So yeah I was cathcing up on my celebrity gossip and Ripley's Believe it or Not book. Those facts are so cool. That was my Saturday night.

Friday I took my Bio test on Cellular Respiration, which mind you I had to memorize the entire cycle and its long and confusing. I did it and I'm expecting nothing less than a 90. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself. I have to start thinking about my final speech. It'll be easy, but I'm freaking out, its been a while since I've spoken in front of a class. Eek. I can't believe school is almost over. This has been the fastest semester yet. I hope the last one go by this quick.

Right now I'm just chillaxin watching Jeepers Creepers. I love that movie, the creeper is well umm creepy ha ha. When were they supposed to give "The Day of Destruction"? I was waiting for that I thought it was supposed to be today? Oh well I'm happy watching the scary movis the Sci-fi channel is giving. I've already seen Urban Legends and Final Destination. Yeah nothing like curling up with some hot chocolate and a good movie.

Anywho so I want to say Happy Birthday to saadia and sadako_chan. Two of my bestest friends on lj. They just got a year older ha ha. anywho because I'm a considerate friend I'm posting your bithday banners behind the cut. Hope you guys like them.

Wow Jen I don't know why you always get Arwen form me, but yeah. :P Seriously you're a great friend and I always enjoy our conversations even though lately we haven't really been talking on AIM much. I hope your day was kick ass. Don't ever stop being all cool and strong. Yes, strong you're such a fighter. Keep on being that way it'll take you places. :P

Woo hoo tomorrow is Monday. wow I've never been so happy about a Monday. Well now I can say I love Mondays because I get to see Growing up Gotti. Yay! My new addiction. I LOVE it. Now that my sister lives in New York and close to them I just might go visit her. :P
